In case you missed a meeting in January

With such a diverse group of professionals at Electric Toasters, who are passionate about what they do and eager to share, delivering a fascinating speech comes quite naturally.

Exclusively in January we had a chance to hear:

·         Ania Osińska-Bulloff, convinced us to become bread detectives and eat good, healthy (rye) breads for a healthier 2011 (January 5th meeting).

·         Sarah Skinner shared some useful tips on how to get the best out of your doctor’s visit, especially when the news is not so good.

·         Are you a Zombie stuck on top of South Sister in a need of Everest? You should have heard  Michael Nierengarten's speech! (Both at the January 12th meeting).

·        Mike Fajen inspired us to take things into our own hands, give them a spin and not to worry about the things we can't control.

·         An incredible lesson of what volunteering does to people who are helped and those who help, such as Jeffrey Brooks (Both  at the January 19th meeting).

·         Tired of your gray cubicle? Laurel Vallarta gave us a lesson on keeping our workspace fun: anything from wall painting to laughing pens (oh yeah!).

·         Steve Wilcox, the "Contrarian", melted all the Winter ice with his Icebreaker! (Both at the January 26th meeting).
February - we cant wait for more!
